Ingredients:
Batter :
7 eggs
7 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon walnut
3 tablespoon flour
3x food (brown) coloring (one package equals 3g)
If you wish to get that 'Ombre" effect on coloring, then put approx. amount of colors in the first 2 of batters, and then in the last one, put the whole packaging (3g). Batters should be baked on 250 degrees.
Filling (creme) :
760g sour cream
250g powdered sugar
3 x vanilla sugar
250g whipped cream
Decoration:
strawberries and cherries on top. (Highly recommend to serve each piece of cake w/ some.)
Filling preparation: Smoothly stir sour cream, powdered & vanilla sugar. Highly recommending for batter to be hand-mixed. After that whip the cream and mix all together.
Batters should be lined up by next order: batter - cream - batter - cream - batter. Put some cherries and (or) strawberries into the cream for some extra flavor. On the end, If desired, the whole cake can be coated with a thin layer of filling.

Sastojci:
Bisvkit (kora) :
7 jaja
7 kašika šećera (supenih)
4 kašika oraha (supenih)
3 kašika brašna (supenih)
3x jestive (braon) boje (1 kesica = 3g)
Ako želite da ostvarite ombre efekat boja, stavljati odokativno meru boja u prve dve kore, a za poslednji biskvit (koru), staviti punu kesicu od 3g. Kore peći na 250 stepeni.
Fil:
760g pavlake (20% masnoće)
250g šećera u prahu
3 kesice vanil šećera
250g šlaga
Dekoracija:
jagode i trešnje poređane na vrhu. (visoko preporučljivo serviranje uz njih)
Priprema fila: Promešati lagano pavlaku, prah šećer i venil šećer. Najbolje ručno izmeštai. Zatim umutiti sa 250g šlaga.
Slagati po redosledu: kora - fil -kora - fil -kora. Ubacivati komadiće trešnja ili (i) jagoda u fil za dodatni šmek. Zatim, po želji celu tortu obložiti tankim slojem fila.
